2019 Goals

The new year has kicked off well and we are in full swing at Pinnacle. Many healthy bodies walking through the door well rested and happy to be at the start of a new year with a new set of goals and focus. The new trend is…. BEWARE of too much exercise and focus more on moving…. just move for the sack of your body and mind, take a breath, step back and reassess your exercise regime. Rather look towards longevity rather than the short term benefits of any program whether it be your eating plan, exercise plan or your daily work environment. Oxidation stress is hiding behind all of these efforts, don’t let it get the better of you. Replenish, refuel and make time to enjoy life outside of work, exercise and your new strict eating plans.

 

So I challenge you to look toward longevity as opposed to the short term benefits of any plan 2019. All the very best for the year ahead.
