Pilates is a system of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates, that was designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture and to enhance mind-body awareness. These exercises are performed using a mat with a variety of equipment and on special Pilates apparatus. Pilates is a safe exercise system that can be performed by any age and fitness level.
Currently the Pilates at Pinnacle Health and Wellness is instructed by, Kirstin King, who is trained as a BASI Mat Work Pilates Instructor. We are also equipped with a Pilates Reformer and Wunda Chair for individual sessions.
Pinnacle Health and Wellness offers Group Mat Classes for Athletes, Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation, and Kids. Individual and two-on-one sessions are also available.
Pinnacle Pilates are also offering virtual classes during the Level 3 Lockdown.
