Julia has been practicing Biokinetics now for the past 13 years focusing primarily on orthopaedic rehabilitation as well as injury prevention in sportsmen and women, both young and old. She strongly believes in an individualized and comprehensive approach to rehabilitation, making certain that all aspects of a patient’s condition are examined and treated allowing them to return to pre-injury activities with confidence.
Julia is a keen runner having completed her first Comrades marathon this year. As such she enjoys working with athletes of all levels to help them improve and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
