Pilates Classes

Pilates is a system of exercises evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates, that was designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture and to enhance mind-body awareness. These exercises are performed using a mat with a variety of equipment and on special Pilates apparatus. Pilates is a safe exercise system that can be performed by any age and fitness level.

Pilates at Pinnacle Health and Wellness is instructed by, Kirstin, who is trained as a BASI Mat Work Pilates Instructors. We are also equipped with Pilates Reformers, a Cadillac and Wunda Chairs for individual or small group sessions. We also offer virtual classes.

HIIT Classes

Simone offers Group High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes of up to 10 people. Classes are a combination of full body strength and cardiovascular exercises.

This is an incredibly energetic class with an amazing instructor known to most as Sim. Sim will challenge you to work hard and will leave you feeling strong and energised.

Wattbike Studio Classes

Pinnacle Health and Wellness have joined the POWER revolution. A Wattbike is a power based stationary bike that is unique to the individual’s fitness level. Wattbikes create the most accurate and reliable stats that translates onto the road. Pinnacle Health and Wellness has group classes for up to 9 people. Wattbike classes are instructed by Clint.
