Our Pilates classes are instructed by a qualified biokineticist with BASI Mat Work training. We offer group mat classes from beginner to advanced, Reformer Pilates, and private equipment sessions using the Cadillac and Wunda Chairs. Classes are suited to a range of needs including core strengthening, injury rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal support, and sport-specific conditioning. Virtual classes are also available.

Single Class —  Try a group mat class with no commitment. A good option if you’re new to Pilates or want to experience the class before purchasing a package.

4 Classes — A short-term package for those looking to attend one class per week. Suitable for supplementing an existing exercise routine.

6 Classes — A flexible package for regular attendance at one to two classes per week.

10 Classes — Our most popular package. Ideal for consistent, twice-weekly attendance to build core strength, flexibility, and body awareness.

20 Classes — Best value for committed participants attending multiple classes per week. Suited for those integrating Pilates as a core part of their fitness or rehabilitation program.

Good to know:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement
  • Socks are recommended for mat classes; grip socks are ideal
  • If you have a specific injury or condition, let your instructor know before your first class

The process:

Step 1: Select your package

Step 2: Book your class

Select your preferred class time from the weekly schedule. Classes run Monday to Friday across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with specialist classes for runners and a postnatal class on Fridays. Private sessions are booked directly with the instructor based on availability.

Step 3: Prepare for your session

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement
  • Bring grip socks if you have them (regular socks are fine for mat classes)
  • Arrive a few minutes early, especially for your first session

Step 4: Arrive and move

Your instructor will guide you through each exercise with attention to form and technique. Classes are progressive, so the more consistently you attend, the more you’ll benefit.
